Actually, Vic Perrin's first major television was the villain in The Big Phone Call on Dragnet - The Big Phone Call Season 1, Episode 12 Original Airdate: May 22, 1952. This episode only has three characters. Vic Perrin as Ernest Garvey with the two stars of Dragnets first season with Jack Webb as Sergeant Joe Friday and Barney Philips as Sergeant Ed Jacobs. I mention this because this guess appearance was a major appearance featured in May of 1952. I suggest that this predominant role be listed as "one of his earliest television" appearances.

editThis article states that Vic Perrin was the original narrator at Spaceship Earth at Epcot. This attribution lacks any citation to a source.
The Wikipedia article about Spaceship Earth states that upon its opening in 1982 "the attraction featured actor Lawrence Dobkin as the narrator along with a very simple and quiet orchestral composition throughout the attraction." Perrin is nowhere mentioned as the narrator.
The Orlando Sentinel report of his death mentioned his voice was heard in the preshow at the "Exxon pavilion." See https://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/os-xpm-1989-07-07-8907070487-story.html This is likely a reference to the original version of the Universe of Energy (prior to the Elen Degeneres show), which was sponsored by Exxon.
Unless someone can provide a citation to the original statement, it should be deleted.
