According to this site, Vicente Aleixandre sexual orientation was never admited. He never got married but that doesn´t prove if he was gay. [1]85.240.19.181 (talk) 18:41, 23 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

He never admited to be gay because it was difficult in the Franco regimen, but now there are conclusive evidence, according to the Spanish Wikipedia, that he was in fact, a closet gay writer.85.240.19.128 (talk) 01:48, 31 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
