editI am profiling all the hospital in Halifax starting with one of the oldest. So much history in this VG site that it should be on it's own and not part of the QEII article.JBignell (talk) 12:10, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- Then I suggest you edit Victoria General Hospital (Halifax) and stop creating confusing articles. WWGB (talk) 12:12, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- Actually, Victoria General Hospital (Halifax) is itself a redirect. I've requested an admin page move of this article by admin over the redirect. 88.107.159.199 (talk) 12:14, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
There are three books and hundreds of articles about this one hospital in Halifax. The QEII article only reflects about 20years of care. I am creating a page that will break up the history of Halifax hospitals. This article should't be redirected. JBignell (talk) 12:18, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- Agreed, but the title also shouldn't have the name HALIFAX in capitals: see Wikipedia:Naming conventions (capitalization). Thanks, 88.107.159.199 (talk) 12:25, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
I don't disagree HFX shouldn't be in all caps. My error in creating it with capitalization. JBignell (talk) 12:42, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- FYI Article now moved to lower case "Halifax". Philg88 ♦talk 14:42, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
I picture I have added that happens to have me in, has been removed. It was a picture taken while I was doing most of my research on this page and has two people in it that have been most active in Nova Scotia medical history.Nurse Madeline McNeil who worked in the Victorian era 1887 hospital as a nursing Student and Dr. Ron Stewart who has been active members of the Museum and VG archive. Currently both don't live in the same community and have moved on to new projects. Plus Madeline is 90+ years old. To have both in the archive will be an event that may never happen again. It's the only picture I have of the archive and it's two key people that have done so much for Medical history in NS. JBignell (talk) 18:17, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- Then I suggest you crop the photo to the allegedly "notable" people. WWGB (talk) 01:20, 9 April 2016 (UTC)
Please note that the map shown in the sidebar is actually the location of the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and not the site in Halifax, NS. This should likely be updated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.239.254.19 (talk) 15:13, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
