Issues
edit- This article doesn't cite references properly. See here for an overview on how to properly use references in a Wikipedia article.
- The article isn't clear on whether there is one VPR or is it a system, with many in existence.
- The source for the gallery is non-standard.

I am unfamiliar with the wikipedia format on how to cite..I have been trying soo hard to understand the procedure and these are the best that I could do..any changes and suggestion are very welcome and appreciated--Imam syuhada (talk) 22:21, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
