This article sounds like a promotion for the group, rather than a neutral discussion. It would benefit greatly from a rewrite to make it consistent with Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy. --Zippy 07:10, 5 November 2005 (UTC)
- I rewrote the article to conform to NPOV. I had to remove large sections of text to accomplish this. I also deleted the text about Vietnam's economic and educational situation; this information is better included in the article Vietnam, but I suspect it is already documented there. I think the article, while much shorter, is now also much stronger and more consistent with the Wikipedia's policies. I hope you agree. --Zippy 07:21, 5 November 2005 (UTC)
