I can't see how this page fails the notability criteria. VRI isn't loud, it isn't spending its' time on PR. But it is the umbrella under which very cutting edge research on educational computing is done - ideas that are just too cutting edge for ordinary university. Just look at who is involved with it. Alan Kay has a strong claim as one of the inventors of the GUI, portable computing, Smalltalk and prototype-oriented computing.
Don't delete.
