Vine Hall, together with Peckwater's Inn and the smaller and older Brid Hall and Maiden Hall were given to the college by king Henry VIII in 1547. Which college, please? I suppose nearby Christ Church, which has a Peckwater quad, but it doesn't get entirely clear from the article. SchnitteUK (talk) 13:32, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
