- Our Lady or Mercy and Our Lady of Ransom are the same advocacy of the Blessed Virgin Mary. "Virgin of Mercy" is an inappropriate popularism drawn from Spanish and Italian.
not just image
editIsn't this also about a title used in Catholicism to refer to Mary? In other words not just an image, but Mary under a certain aspect.--Richardson mcphillips (talk) 17:58, 24 September 2017 (UTC)
