No mention of the discovery of the relics (body?) of St. Mark reportedly found concealed within a "pillar"!
editI would sugest that someone should make an effort to include one of the most important things that happened under the leadership of Faliero. Thus there is No mention of the discovery of the relics (body?) of St. Mark reportedly found concealed within a "pillar"! Since the remains of St. Mark, is the only reason for the Basilica being built and re-built over the centuries, and since the remains are, I believe, still claimed to exist, somewhere in the St. Clements chapel, as supposedly the actual "pillar" is still shown.
