Proposal: remove redirect and start a translation from the original page (in Italian)

Hello all,
I propose to remove the redirect to the band New Trolls and insert a text about Vittorio De Scalzi (e.g. starting from a translation of the Italian page, or from a new text). The reason behind such proposal is that this artis had a long career, also as a single musician (with solo albums) or in other bands.
