When was the casino demolished? Your wording implies it is destroyed two times.

  • This is not a reliable ref. I'm sure you can find something better, considering the popular topic.

Also, make sure direct quotes have refs directly after the sentence (even if the same citation covers the following sentence). I've found a bunch of examples in the article. Other than that and the comments above, the article looks really good. Awesome job researching it! I'll place it on hold for seven days to be fixed.
