This article doesn't seem very NPOV to me. 82.26.195.247 (talk) 21:42, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- I have added a weasel tag to the design chapter. Right now it reads like a sales brochure or a car salesman with an axe to grind towards Audi. Could somebody with Golf knowledge clean up? TorW (talk) 22:39, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Rather parochial. Too much "North America" this and "North America" that. What about the ROTW (rest of the world)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.27.140.60 (talk) 09:03, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
- North America is mentioned repeatedly because it's an exception to the norm when it comes to Volkswagens, especially this one. Everything that isn't specifically defined as North America applies to the rest of the world. David Arthur (talk) 18:33, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
Can someone edit the Volkswagen Golf GT section - it is not entirely accurate. In some regions (like Japan) the Golf GT came with the 2.0l 110kw engine for example (before later changing to the 1.4l TSI). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.181.15.62 (talk) 00:47, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
Regarding the poaching of Ford Focus Engineers to improve the dynamics of the Golf [1] http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evocarreviews/41365/volkswagen_golf.html 195.47.223.5 (talk) 16:13, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
Can someone please edit the Mk5 GT section again? the first lines makes no sense... "The Golf Mk5 GT features a choice of either 1.4 L petrol engine in twincharger (TSI) configuration, or a 2.0 litre TDI diesel engine.plus a 2.0 (fsi) direct injection petrol engine has 150 bhp. tsi petrol and diesels are available as 125 kW (170 PS; 168 bhp) versions." 23:39 Friday, 20 May 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 118.92.143.66 (talk)
