Volunteer Medal types

As I understand it, the "Volunteer Medal" currently listed under the Korean War section of List of Orders, Decorations and Medals of the Kingdom of Belgium is just exactly the same medal as the Volunteer Medal 1940-1945, just made after 1952. And military bureaucracy being what it is, the vast majority of recipients were ex-WW2 veterans with late paperwork rather than Korean War veterans (their only distinction was the bar COREE-KOREA). If this is indeed true, could something about this be added to the page? -- (Brigade Piron (talk) 13:00, 15 October 2012 (UTC)).Reply
