May be you can give me more time than 3 seconds to rewrite the article about 6th highest person in Russia before speedy deletion? How I can work contesting with robots?

It does not matter the position of a person. You used a copyrighted text. My suggestion to you to work in draft space and when the article is ready, move it to main article space. Arthistorian1977 (talk) 09:48, 15 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
