My sources seem to indicate he published his works in Polish and under a Polish name (Wacław Lipiński). But this may be a mistake, or a case of Polonization. He wrote in both languages, indeed. The majority seems to be in Ukrainian though. I found some of his works:
«Шляхта в Україні: її участь в житті українського народу на тлі його історії» (Краків, 1909 р.)
«Z dziejów Ukrainy» (1912 р.)
«Україна на переломі. 1657—1659» (1920 р.)
«Листи до братів-хліборобів» (написана в 1919 −1926 р.р., видана в 1926 р. у Відні)
«Покликання „Варягів“ чи організація хліборобів» (1925 р.)
