Vysotsky → Vysotsky (disambiguation) – The primary meaning of the stand-alone form, "Vysotsky", is the iconic Russian singer-songwriter-actor Vladimir Vysotsky who is referenced by his surname in the same manner that Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Pushkin or Mayakovsky redirect to those men. Two of the entries at the Vysotsky disambiguation page — Vysotsky (skyscraper) and the main belt asteroid 2374 Vladvysotskij are namesakes. He has his own Category:Vladimir Vysotsky and 369 links, none of which originates from a template. His name is not even mentioned under Vysotsky and remains buried amidst ten other names under Vysotsky (surname), only four of which are transliterated into English using the exact form "Vysotsky". — Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 03:37, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
- Support: seems like a pretty uncontroversial argument for primacy. SITH (talk) 17:30, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
