Only TV 4 is the oryginal channel of this TV Serie. MTV and Comedy Central have just bought licence to show this serie.

No connection with South Park

This show is not based on South Park. The only similarity is a number and type of main characters (4 primary school kids), but it's not enough to claim South Park as a base. By these criteria, you could claim that American Dad is based on Simpsons, The Hunt for Red October is based on Das Boot and Czterej pancerni i pies are based on Kelly's Heroes.
