Online Copyright Infringement
editIt has come to our attention that this page describing a company producing synthetic diamonds is using our registered trademark "Washington Diamond" (Registration #4399260 -- See link: http://www.trademarkia.com/washington-diamond-85824716.html) without permission. This is infringing on our intellectual property and causing confusion with consumers by using a similar sounding name promoting a similar product online.

If there is some sort of law suit going on, please add it to the article. The article itself is not violating any copyright (and the page you linked to refers to trademark, which is not the same thing), so while I haven't memorized wikipedia's rules, I don't see how this would be a reason to remove a page. Self-published sources
editThis is the first time I've done an article about a company, but doesn't the self-published source here (the company website) count as acceptable under "Self-published or questionable sources as sources on themselves" ? Archdiamond (talk) 00:26, 24 December 2012 (UTC)
So, since no one has responded to this after a month, does that mean I can remove the flag from the article? Archdiamond (talk) 14:18, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
Notability
editWashington Diamonds is a start up, but it seems to me that the articles about them from National Jeweler, JCK magazine, and Mining.com, as well as the coverage from Mother Nature Network should demonstrate that sufficient coverage has been received from outside sources. If Wikipedia is going to have a list of synthetic diamond manufacturers, then I think that it is important to have full articles about as many of them as possible.
