Analogue on ATP tour??
editIs there anything similar for men's tennis? Such as below ATP, but ABOVE Challengers?? Thanks! Naki (talk) 13:17, 14 February 2013 (UTC)
- For rankings, there are no similar men's tournaments when ATP Rankings#Ranking method (confirmed by http://www.atpworldtour.com/Rankings/Rankings-FAQ.aspx#points) and Women's Tennis Association#Ranking method are compared. WTA 125 gives 160 points. The lowest for the ATP Tour is 250 and the largest below that is 125 (which is below the largest ITF Women's Circuit). For prize money, WTA 125 is the same as the largest ATP Challengers. PrimeHunter (talk) 02:10, 15 February 2013 (UTC)
Ends?
editPer http://www.itftennis.com/news/205070.aspx, although there is no (or only a few) reliable sources of that, I think it will end in 2016. From 2017 and onwards, it will be replaced by ITF tournaments, which also have US$125,000. 333-blue 13:07, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Interesting. Well, this article would still be here, but it would simply be a thing of the past instead of a currently ongoing item. Or perhaps it will become the WTA 150k series? We'll have to see. Fyunck(click) (talk) 20:19, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
