This page should not be speedily deleted because... (It's still in the progress of creation. There is a substantial amount of information. There is no reason for the page to be deleted. Thanks!) --Eh13sox (talk) 18:21, 21 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (There is no intention of being promotional. It is intended to be a really detailed page about this development, including location, facilities, developers, what's in the hotel, whats in the residences, what are the mixed use retail etc. Just for informational purposes. If it is felt to be promotional, someone may edit out the places where felt to be promotional. Thank you. I have edited out anywhere you may have felt to be promotional. I intended the sections to be more detailed.) --Eh13sox (talk) 19:00, 21 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
Eh13sox, I've removed some of the less-important information and placed an "under construction" notice on the page for you. Please, do take your time as you seem pretty new to this. Some tips:
Cite information based on reliable sources (news, magazines, etc., generally not the hotel's own website). I've compiled a quick list of sources for you below.
Don't include the (R) marks next to brand names.
Don't include trivial information such as the spa or gym and whatnot. I removed things that I consider unimportant, but if there is significant media coverage of something like the spa, then feel free to add that back in along with the media coverage as sources/references.
