I would like it if some one could add some more information on the effects of the political effects of the ruling at the time; specifically the nullification of the state laws which sought to regulate the railways and the effects that it had on the farmers of the timer period (specifically the high prices which the rail ways where allowed to charge farmers). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.38.133.139 (talk) 04:36, 15 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

LOL, so in da Amerikan Constitutional apple pie philosophy, Amerika only began to even juridically exist from the moment of this ruling people take for granted, lemming-like, today... The lack of centralized omnicompetence of the days of Washington was a legally criminal time, plain and simple! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:304:B34B:A940:4D87:C72F:AEBC:AC88 (talk) 10:08, 21 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
