High day rate system

            This where the organization will pay higher rate per hour then the farm in the same industry.the organization will pay a higher rate with the intension of tracting batter quality employees as well as to reduce the labour turn over.(Number of people living organization)
            The organization will expect out put to increase.If the out put does not increase then  the organization may difficulty because it will have a higher labour cost when compare to the organization in the same industry.
