@Narutolovehinata5: Sorry for the long response time, would something like
ALT2: " ... that Lainey Wilson said she hoped her duet with Hardy, "Wait in the Truck", haunted domestic abusers? Source: The Tennessean"
work? Alternatively I could just have the hook be a description of the song, “Murder ballad about killing a domestic abuser” is a pretty inherently interesting topic, but I’m to lazy to actually type that hook out now. MRN2electricboogaloo (talk) 02:42, 31 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
  •   Article meets DYK requirements and is free from close paraphrasing. A QPQ has been done. ALT2 is a more interesting hook than either ALT1 or ALT0 (it's also verified in the source), but it's a bit macabre and so I have some reservations about giving it the tick. For now I'd like to ask for another reviewer to take a look and perhaps give final approval. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 02:41, 5 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
  •   New enough, long enough, within policy. Free of copyvios as far as I can tell, earwig's tool highlights quotes only. It would be nice to have some content about reception, but that isn't a DYK requirement. Hook, while macabre, isn't discussing the suffering of actual people, and so I'm okay with it. Hook is in the body, cited, and supported by the source. ALT2 only is GTG, the others are a little too dependent on knowing the people in question for me.
