Origins of the article
editThis is in regard to the draft. This information may exist already on wikipedia, although a search turned up nothing. Notability-wise, although the evidence against him is not as strong as in similar Canadian cases (e.g. Imre Finta and Vladimir Katriuk), there are many articles and even a Canadian supreme court judgment that describe his particpation in the police force that rounded up and killed 1300-1500 Jews in Mir, Belarus. Interestinngly, the Canadian Federal court case that is linked on the page (a very good source, I woud think) makes mention of the "Mir Massacre, but Wikipedia doe not on the Mir, Belarus page.
