Fair use rationale for Image:Walter wolf racing.gif
editImage:Walter wolf racing.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

- My Dad Peter Levitt worked at Wolf and I will ask him who it is in your Picture, It does look like James to me, I have quite a few pictures of this era if any one is interested?).
Could you please also ask your Dad whether he thinks it's actually Keke on the left of the photo. This topic has recently been under discussion here. Thanks. DH85868993 (talk) 23:15, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Wolf as Canadian constructor only
editTwo authentic primary sources (both quotations of Walter Wolf himself)refer to Walter Wolf Racing as a Canadian team ( https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1946&dat=19761110&id=Qk8xAAAAIBAJ&sjid=y6EFAAAAIBAJ&pg=3218,2715219&hl=sk and http://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/the-story-of-formula-1-s-first-winning-wolf/ ). On the other hand, only two authentic original Entry lists (1978 and 1979 United States Grand Prix Entry lists) identify Wolf as a British team ( http://www.racingsportscars.com/covers/_Watkins_Glen-1978-10-01e.jpg and http://www.racingsportscars.com/covers/_Watkins_Glen-1979-10-07e.jpg ) It is much more probable that US Grand Prix Entry lists (which are in many details just copied each other including found mistakes, e.g. repeated wrong information John Watson to be Irish instead of British) include wrong claim referring to Wolf nationality. Moreover, claims on Wolf nationality include except two mentioned US GP Entry lists no other Grand Prix Entry lists. So we can conclude 1978 and 1979 US GP Entry lists include wrong informations on Wolf nationality as British and Walter Wolf Racing held Canadian licence in F1.
