gives the wrong impression that she first appeared in USA in 1999; which is wrong, since she appeared in 1965 with Sergio Mendes live At El Matador, a Cabaret in San Francisco California, in the live recording called: In Person at El Matador
I don't think the phrase implies that at all, but feel free to add sourced information about earlier U.S. appearances. There is a lot to expand upon in this article. Valfontis (talk) 04:10, 14 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
