Talaxian Ship
editCould anybody provide proof of the Talaxian Ship trivia, like a screen shot? JQF 02:02, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
- It isn't enough to show an image of something that might resemble another spacecraft. Interpreting images can be very subjective, and we SF fans are always ready to see any similarities we can. We should have a reliable source that states this is the case; otherwise, it's original research.~ Jeff Q (talk) 08:18, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
- I'll take a screenshot if someone tells me exactly what I'm looking for, and whereabouts in the episode it is. Njál 23:22, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
Shan Yu
editwhich shan yu is the one menioned in this episode (there are several people with that name), and where can i read his works (assuming he did actually write poetry)?
- Well, that's a bit of a scary request. Alas, it will probably go unfulfilled. Shan Yu appears to be a purely fictional creation for the sake of the "War Stories" storyline, not an actual historical figure. While there was a ruthless general named Xiang Yu around 200 BCE, he doesn't quite fit the implied model, and I am unaware of any reliable source suggesting otherwise. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 20:50, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
just wondering, how is my request scary?
Switching Ear
editMal's left ear is clearly the one cut off, but at 30:26ish, his right ear is shown to have been. At 30:33, it is back. Aeronflux (talk) 15:54, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
