editElysia (Wiki Ed) can you have a look to see that these sources seem adequate to build a profile? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Liliput000 (talk • contribs) 23:23, 1 March 2020 (UTC) Thanks!! --T. Danylevich (talk) 23:23, 1 March 2020 (UTC)
- @JacobAdams2000 and T. Danylevich: the draft is not identifying the person's name correctly, it is Wendi Warren Binford. The first source is written by the subject of the biography, and therefore cannot be used as a source to establish notability. Additionally, the last source used is a link to a paywalled source that gives no indication what kind of source it is, what it's titled, or who wrote it. Sometimes giving the URL of a source does not work. In this case, it will have to be manually cited. It's a bit too early for me to give feedback here. Right now there is no claim of notability. How does this person meet Wikipedia's notability criteria? Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:56, 2 March 2020 (UTC)

editI thought you guys did a great job being direct, to the point, and organizing/separating your information in a logical way. Some suggestions: maybe include some more sources/citations to back up some of the facts so that you don't get flagged. In your "Research" section try to find the specific titles of her more well known/popular works or pieces that relate most to children's issues. Lastly, Binford obviously has a lot of professions but is there a specific one she's most involved in right now? Other than that, I think you guys found and included a lot of important, relevant information that encompassed her life and accomplishments accurately. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cm1823 (talk • contribs) 00:04, 10 April 2020 (UTC)

editI really liked your lead and I thought it gave a great summary/ over impression of the article contents. I would suggest to refrain from quoting too much (particularly in the second paragraph of the "Legal Career" section). In that same section, after reading the sentence about the GoFundMe, I was under the impression you were unsure whether or not the account existed (word choice of "supposedly"). Perhaps use a more definitive word or if the you are skeptic about the event then leave that part out? Additionally, if there are resources available, perhaps look at the reasons why she was awarded the Fulbright scholarship to add more information about her notable works. Overall, I enjoyed reading this piece and and learning more about her achievements. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kkhu99023 (talk • contribs) 03:19, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
Professor feedback
editProf. Feedback: this is coming along nicely. I think it would help to have a section on the recent news coverage such as "news coverage" and/or a section on her foundation related to migrant children, as these are the things that we would say constitute her notability. --T.
