There is a big ambiguity about the exact title. True, the words say Welcome Home You. But for authenticity, the actual title must probably be "Welcome You". For example check what Brian Littrell says perdonally about the song he is going to perfor at CMT studios Live performance. It is very clearly "Welcome You".
