Reviewer: Wizardman 06:07, 24 December 2009 (UTC) Overall this is a pretty good article, though I do have a couple issues for fixing:

• "After the outbreak of World War II and a startling string of Nazi victories," I'd remove startling, partially since it feels a little unneeded, plus what side/country is it startling to?
• "Great Britain was early involved, and a series of German victories in Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands during spring 1940 were alarming." The first part of the sentence needs rewording - "was early involved" sounds odd.
• Avoid one sentence paragraphs; expand on the last sentence or combine it in somewhere.

I'll put this GAN on hold and pass when everything's fixed. Not much to handle, so it should only take a couple days. Wizardman 06:07, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
