Article name
editSome of us Wikipedians pass through that station 10 times in the average week. In other countries it might be called a Train Station, but there's no doubt about the name carved in stone on the front of this building. - Actually every other nation (AFAIK) calls them "x railway station" (where x is the name of town), rather than using "train station" Pickle 15:18, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
Article structure
editThe article is a bit of a mess, some sections repeat the same information and others don't appear to directly relate to their titles. Having a section called "Wellington railway station" within Wellington railway station as an article is just odd, and not inline with MOS:SECTIONSTYLE. I propose restructuring the article along these lines:
- History
- Development
- Design
- Construction
- World War I Roll of Honour
- Filming location
- Airspace development
- Head Office and occupants
- Wellington railway yard (this should eventually have its own article)
- Services
- History
- Rail
- Bus
- See also
- References
- Citations
- Bibliography
As I get time I will restructure the article unless there are any objections --LJ Holden 00:29, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
