This should be retitled as the Western Samoan Pound, because the eastern islands are now American Samoa. - (192.190.108.19 01:52, 12 February 2006 (UTC))Reply

This nation changed its official English name from Western Samoa to Samoa several years ago. However, when the pound was issued, the English name was Western Samoa, so there is some justification for moving this page as suggested.
