Western Springs College
editI don't think this is notable, especially the "well-stocked library" part.
"with a student population of around 900. The school is currently the only college in Auckland without an official uniform. It has a strong arts department and a central, well-stocked library. Its houses are Moana, Whenua, Atea, and Kapura, as well as the Rumaki, the Maori unit."
I think it should say only "Across the road from the Zoo is the school of Western Springs College, with a student population of around 900." nothing else, except for the year it was opened or similar. I've left it in for now. - Drstuey 12:24, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

Stadium Site
editWestern Springs Stadium has been there since the 1920's at least. Well before WWII, so the land it is on could not have been used as a army camp during WWII.Leaderofearth 11:57, 25 December 2006 (UTC)
Cleanup needed
editThis is a very rambling, unstructured article and the narrative of the development of the area keeps jumping about in time. dramatic (talk) 19:15, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
