The article [1] is the Wikipedia notes on writing about settlements. One of its recommendations is that, in order to reduce the number of stubs, villages and other settlements within a civil parish should be in one article: I am proposing a merger of the Stone Cross article with this one as a result. I have also left blanks for some more local editor to complete. I really saw no reason to have the note "see West Ham Football club" - there is more properly a town of that name - and Google does that all the time.
