What Makes it Go is the title of a childrens book on technology by Joe Kaufman (1972). The Swedish translation Så funkar det (1974) is the likely inspiration for this album title (24 years later). --LA2 (talk) 21:43, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Seems the books were more popular in Sweden than in USA. Also, in Sweden, all the other Kaufman books were retitled "Så funkar ..." ("The way ... works") after the success of the original. 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 21:14, 24 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
