The article mostly talks about how the spider escapes its main enemy but doesn't talk about how it itself hunts its prey or why it can't overcome its enemy the same way. --Hooperbloob (talk) 15:27, 18 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

The article states "During the process of digging its burrow, the spider can shift up to 10 litres (2.6 US gal) of sand, 80,000 times its body weight." However I believe the information from this comes from this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltvLo2vNls0) as the exact same phrase is used, but in reference to the wasp attacking the burrow, not the spider. Is there another source that clarifies? JoeyCrossy (talk) 15:56, 24 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Apparently no, since there has been 4 years since your comment, and the article is still the same :) 2A01:36D:113:E87F:C9BD:44DF:1B6F:6348 (talk) 12:07, 17 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

The image shows a different species - most likely a 'whitelady spider' which lives alongside the golden wheel spider on the dunes but IS NOT the same species. Replace if you have a genuine image 132.185.161.96 (talk) 13:08, 17 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
