Notability; development section

Point 1: Any objections to removing the "notability" issue? It's been six years. I think it's fine.

Point 2: Is the Rockapella backstory under "Development" actually relevant to this album? Just because that newspaper article talked about it doesn't mean it fits a Wikipedia article.
