WhistleblowerWhistleblowing – It's the encyclopedic, expected title. Also harmonizes with Category:WhistleblowingSt.nerol (talk) 13:07, 26 September 2023 (UTC).Reply

The move has been discussed briefly before. The only objection to moving back then was that the article first should be rephrased to use the verb "Whistleblowing" more than the noun "Whistleblower". Currently, this article naturally switches between those terms and I don't see why this is any sort of problem. I took the liberty to rephrase the first sentence. –St.nerol (talk) 13:07, 26 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

This former German has gained the impression that there is no whistle blowing in Germany. People will vote with their feet rather than exposing themselves to revenge. But full names are never quoted in the media anyway, so it will always look odd. The Leuna/Minol/elf Aquitaine land swindle, the 'cum-ex' and the wirecard scandals did not come out through whistle blowing. The culture would also be to rather demand some 'pocket money' than exposing a fraudster. 2001:8003:A070:7F00:590A:309F:284E:E752 (talk) 02:56, 11 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

It looks like the article has been thoroughly linked & Wikified, so it looks like it's time to remove that tag from the article. Some sections may need cleanup, but they all look well linked now. Cocoaguy (talk) 22:33, 18 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
