tile meaning
editit's a reference to cocaine - look at the album cover upside down (it's a nose). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.60.169.46 (talk) 15:07, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
- That's fine with me. I just wanted to discuss why this page needs to be more "encyclopedic." Perhaps some articles on Wikipedia are more like reviews than standalone Wikipedia articles, but an article can also be lengthy while remaining neutral in tone and not trying to give an endorsement in favor or in opposition or in like/dislike of the subject itself. 2603:6000:C305:78DF:2D06:C97E:6A21:BB90 (talk) 05:13, 27 November 2023 (UTC)
Disambiguation
editComment moved from a redirect page Astronaut (talk) 15:17, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
The page for Pepper has no links to the page for Ween's White Pepper album, so it's impossible to find the album's page with wikipedia's search function. This page should redirect to the album's page, which has a link to the pepper page right at the top. 69.105.31.41 (talk) 00:58, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
- It does now. Astronaut (talk) 15:17, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
Proposed move
editI find it rather absurd that White pepper redirects here, when I'd wager 99% of searches for this are for the spice, not the album. Can we move the album to White Pepper (album) and make white pepper a disambig or, perhaps preferably, a redirect straight to Black pepper#White pepper? Jpatokal (talk) 10:43, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
- Agree - the food item is the more well known item. The album is in fact named after the white bell pepper or Capsicum, and should not have that name to itself. Finally, the new, proposed naming falls with in the naming standards for music albums. --Jeremy (blah blah • I did it!) 19:35, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
- Agree - More people likely want to learn about the spice than an album. Whitebox (talk) 12:37, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
