Example?
editWhile this page ultimately links up to an example, it does so through an wiki link to Indent Styles. I don't find this particularly clear. Date?
editWas it released in 77 or 78? This should be cleared up.
In the spring of 1979 I started work for Fischer & Porter, which PJ Plauger recently confirmed to me was Whitesmith's first customer. When I got there they were just starting training classes in C for the programmers, so I assume the software was very new. That would put the purchase of the compiler in late 1978.
Is that sufficient evidence to believe it was released in 78? Alanfolsom (talk) 15:31, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
