Reference checks
The reference to the actual paper by Rittel and Weber points to a dead link. The paper is stil available online from Georgia Institute of Technology College of Engineering at http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fac/ellendo/rittel/rittel-dilemma.pdf. The pagination is the same as the original PDF (which I downloaded from a university library service as part of a master's course). I don't want to inadvertently destroy a reference hierarchy I don't quite understand.
