It appears he married 'Ellen' Selma Eleonora Lundström (born 1860 died 1904) in 1879 and had two sons: Nils Wilhelm Unge born 20 April 1881, died unknown; Bror Wilhelm Unge 14 January 1888, died October 1976 apparantly in Kansas City, USA.
First steps toward space, edited by Frederick C. Durant, published by the Smithsonian Institution Press in 1974 contains at page 259 what looks like a 10 page chapter by A. Ingemar Skoog titled "Wilhelm Theodor Unge - An evaluation of his contributions", previously published in 1968. The publication contents list is online here.
