Wilhelmine of Prussia, Queen of the NetherlandsWilhelmine of Prussia — She is the only Princess Wilhelmine of Prussia (see Wilhelmine of Prussia (disambiguation)) that is a queen and Wikipedia:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility) says queens and empress are known as {Name} of {Place}. The other two other Wilhelmines were Princess of Orange and Margravine of Brandenburg. I think this article should be moved to Wilhelmine of Prussia and at the top of the page should be a link to a disambiguation page similar to the one on Alexandra of Denmark's page. Relisted for further input. Jafeluv (talk) 10:27, 16 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose I don't think anything in WP:NCROY overrides WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. It is far from clear that she is the most important of the three Wilhelmine of Prussias, in some ways she could be the least important, since the first was a significant composer, the second played an important role in political events of the time. Oppose - if she's the most important of the W-of-Ps because she's a queen, then her queenship is also her most important title, and therefore needs to be reflected in the name of the article. I would prefer just "Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands", but that refers primarily to someone else, so I don't honestly think we can do much better than the present title. (By the way, why is the middle one of the Wilhelmine of Prussias called Wilhelmina, while the others are Wilhelmine?)--Kotniski (talk) 09:18, 6 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose Not the primary topic, so the page must be disambiguated somehow. DrKay (talk) 10:34, 9 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Wilhelmine of Prussia, Queen of the NetherlandsWilhelmina of Prussia – the current title is in violation of WP:CONSORTS that states that the titles "Queen" and "Empress" are generally not included in article titles for deceased consorts, Wilhelmine was Queen Consort, WP:NWFCTM. i propose it be redirected to Wilhelmina of Prussia in accordance with the dutch article title. CharlesViBritannia (talk) 02:50, 7 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

on the basis that the article title is misleading and may be confused with that of Wilhelmina of the Netherlands WP:TPTM, I base my request' on not just alone that the article is clearly in violation of a policy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CharlesViBritannia (talkcontribs) 05:39, 7 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
I'm not sure that I understand what you're trying to say. 142.160.89.97 (talk) 06:30, 7 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
