editTwo cases cited are Meech Lake constitutional agreement and Imperial Tobacco v. British Columbia. It just so happens that both causes were failures. Is not intended to show a non-neutral Point of View. Is just coincidence. Canuckle (talk) 11:45, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
