editI've done a basic copy edit on this article for spelling, grammar and readability. In the process, I removed this sentence as per WP:PATENT: "Whitney preserved valuable and historical collection to posterity and evolve and reconstruct under modern auspices to the present composite whole." If anyone with greater knowledge on this topic can re-word the sentence so it makes sense, please feel free to reinsert it at the end of the Curator section.
I have also moved the line "Whitney was an active and interested member of the International Association of Medical Museums from its first organization, and he was one of its warmest supporters" from the Honors section to the Personal Life section. MagpieMe (talk) 12:49, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
Quick diagnosis?
editWhat is the "quick diagnosis" that Whitney is described as having invented? Is it the same as rapid diagnosis? Would appreciate some clarification. --LatakiaHill (talk) 23:30, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
