edit"He also has two more children by Laura Calland named Isobel and Hannah, and has therefore acquired three lovely nephews and nieces; Lucy, Alistair and Helena."
How has having two children given him nephews and nieces? Also, isn't it NPOV to call them lovely? JiMternet 17:34, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Catchphrase
edit"that's it for today, we'll be back tomorrow, see you then."
I've heard better.Annatto (talk) 13:14, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
- Indeed, but he said exactly that at the end of every episode as I recall.
"Nice to See You, to See You... Nice!". Now, that's a catchphrase. ;-) Annatto (talk) 11:22, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
Redcoat
editIs it worth mentioning that he used to be a redcoat. Something he would mention on several episodes of 15-1? --TimothyJacobson (talk) 11:19, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
Age at death
editBBC and several other sources stating he was 84 years of age at death (not 82 as on Wikipedia), can't see a source for date of birth. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/in-pictures-41353273 Djrxuk (talk) 16:44, 21 September 2017 (UTC)
- July 15 is the correct date, as he mentioned he was born on St. Swithin's Day on one of the series 1 episodes of Fifteen to One. Buggered if I can remember which one though. The consensus amongst reliable sources is 84, therefore I say we change it to 15 July 1933.--Launchballer 18:43, 21 September 2017 (UTC)
- Whatever you do, don't say he was 84 and cite it to something saying he was 82. Pick a story and stick with it. InedibleHulk (talk) 01:00, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
- I wasn't planning to. My Fifteen to One source mentions the day and month but not the year.--Launchballer 07:12, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
- Didn't mean you, personally. Just a general "you". It was like that when I got here and came back after I left. InedibleHulk (talk) 00:50, 24 September 2017 (UTC)
- BBC News and the Guardian both cite 84. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/in-pictures-41353273 https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2017/sep/21/william-g-stewart-host-of-15-to-1-dies-aged-84 Samuel J Walker (talk) 16:10, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
