editInformation on William Howard Stein's life seems lacking. Any details about Stein's early or late life? Did Stein marry or have children? It would be nice to find enough information to separate the "Life" and "Career" areas. --Bayerite (talk) 17:40, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
- My bad, I see information about William Howard Stein's wife and children in the side panel. Could this be elaborated on in "Life and Career"? --Bayerite (talk) 18:18, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
I am going to fixed some of the broken citations and elaborate on Stein's early life and education. I also have plans to elaborate/add sections about his Nobel Prize research, his chromatography research, and his late life and death in the near future. --Bayerite (talk) 17:09, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
I am going to elaborate on the determination of protein sequences, and include that they published the entire sequence of ribonuclease. --Cmatvc (talk) 17:51, 5 March 2021 (UTC)

Article Changes
editToday I am going to add my work on Stein's scientific career and elaborate on his chromatography work more. I will be adding a new section for this information, with the broad category of Science Career, and breaking it down into early work, chromatography, and determination of protein sequences that lead to a Nobel Prize. I'll be reorganizing some information in the article that fit into these categories. Since more information has been added, I will also elaborate on the lead more. --Cmatvc (talk) 16:21, 9 April 2021 (UTC)
I will also be adding my work on Stein's "Life and Education" today. I plan to split the content into three sections: Early life and education, Academic Career, and Late life and death. I will be elaborating greatly on what has already been stated about Stein's life. The sandbox I am moving the content from is located here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Cmatvc/William_Howard_Stein --Bayerite (talk) 18:58, 9 April 2021 (UTC)
- I am going to add a section on "Awards and Honors" from the sandbox today, featuring the awards and honors listed in William H. Stein's biography and his memoir written by Stanford Moore. I think it is also appropriate to include Stein's scientific society memberships in this section. --Bayerite (talk) 21:44, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
