I created an article for this individual because he is cited in other Wikipedia articles. Notably, the article on the algatron refers to him but links incorrectly to an article about a different individual with a similar name. This individual was a highly influential scientist and his research on microalgae established the basis of (and should be cited in Wikipedia articles about) many modern technologies relating to wastewater treatment, algaculture, and alternative fuels.
