Found a Newsday article: "The home of Mr. and Mrs. Randall P. McIntyre of Deer Park, designed by architect William W. Landsberg, has been selected by Architectural Record as one of 25 best architect-designed houses built in this country during the past year."

I recently bought the Landsberg house from the Estate of William Landsberg (he died in 2013). In doing my due diligence on the house, I came to discover the architect's life and work and thought it was interesting. He (or at least his house) meets the notability requirements to be on Wikipedia. I'm not selling the house and have no other financial or familial connection to the Landsberg estate/family.
