Apparently, bishop Law never sat for a portrait, but at Cambridge University, Emmanuel College's chapel has a stained glass window with an image of this saint. Here's the link, http://www.emma.cam.ac.uk/collegelife/chapel/windows/display.cfm?id=8. Although I don't claim any expertise in British copyright law, if it's similar to that of the USA and the window's quite old (as opposed to replaced after ww2), that copyright would have expired. However, the photo on the website probably has a copyright issue and I don't have the time or knowledge of how to get a waiver. So, maybe someone could take a photo and put it on wikimedia.Jweaver28 (talk) 03:09, 10 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

This point could probably be argued...but these days most readers (especially in the US) would understand "evangelical" (especially when capitalized) as referring to a very particular modern Christian movement. The term probably would have been used traditionally to speak of Law, but as it is commonly used now, it would not apply to him (no matter how much his views might be shared by contemporary evangelicalism). At the very least, it needs some qualification. — HelpMyUnbelief (talk) 20:17, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
